  • Step 1: Free consultation
    We start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, training experience and any injuries or considerations you may have.

    Step 2: Initial Assessments
    If it feels like a good fit, in our first session, we kick-off with evidence-backed assessments to gather a baseline and highlight any areas of focus.

    Step 3: Weekly Training Sessions
    Based on those results and your goals, our coaches work with you to craft a customized training plan and schedule regular sessions to move towards your goals in a safe and effective manner.

    Step 4: Extra Support
    Outside of your training sessions, your coach will make lifestyle and diet recommendations, and is available via text or voice messaging for your fitness questions.

    Step 5: Progress Check-Ins
    Every 8-12 weeks, we do a progress check-in to celebrate all that you have achieved and make any adjustments necessary to your plan.

  • Nope! Everything is custom to you, your goals and your unique biomechanics. We believe personal training should be, well… personal!

  • The most important thing to us is that you have a coach supporting you on your fitness journey that you trust and enjoy working with. We’d love that to be one of our KFit coaches (we may be biased) because all our KFit coaches are highly trained, certified strength & conditioning coaches. This is one of the most prestigious fitness certifications out there which means we go beyond the basics to create highly customized fitness routines that help you meet your goals.

  • Not at all! We meet you exactly where you are -whether that’s ‘never set a foot near a gym’ or ‘I have a squat rack in my garage’. Every single aspect of our training is customized to your goals, your body and how you like to workout.

  • Consistency is key when it comes to progress, so when you sign up we’ll agree on your set workout times for each week.

  • Our private training facility is just that: private. Only KFit clients, coaches and approved trainers have access to the centre and we intentionally limit the number of active sessions at any given time in order to ensure every client has the space and environment they need to succeed.

    Feel free to pop by any time for a personalized tour of the space so you can see if it’s a good fit for you!

  • For packages, you will be billed at the end of each month. For drop-ins, you will be charged at the time of booking.

  • You need to provide at least 24hrs notice to reschedule a training session in order to not incur a cancellation fee.

    You need to provide 30 days notice to cancel any personal training packages.
